As of right now, I can't think of any.
There are a couple of early access game on steam, I'm excited for getting some updates.
"Killing Antidote" is one of them.

I'm pretty sure you can open a transaction with another user any time. There is no restriction on generosity at LC.

True that -- but if you don't start giving LC away willy-nilly you eventually have so much that you can gift from your interest alone and not notice it on your bottom line. All these people expecting handouts -- so sad -- one should make them do something for LC

Amazing Cultivator seems like a good game but never tried it.
Still I like Star Sector Video the best since you get a Original game with his code which he gave to everyone who watches it haha.
I love his Matchless Kung Fu it was a pretty good game.
