I can no longer calculate how many days have passed, but it's probably over 10 days. I mean... It's YouTube. Especially because it's not hosted by us. So that would be completely safe.
Would be a different case if it's political or some shit. Still, if the said video turned out to be in violation, like, real bestiality, lolis, etc... Well, these videos will be judged. Case by case thingy. So if they come too close and a Moderator sees it, I would not be surprise if it got removed.
But aside from that, I don't really see YouTube allowing it up for long. So, like, 90% positive it'd be safe.

The problem is "quality" takes time, and if it's a one person hobbiest, that's going to take even more time whilst they fit it around IRL events. 10 Days is nothing.
