Like @Jorund said, if you were already at 0 due to banking coins or something, a post deletion could have set you back to -8, after the new rates.

Wait, posts were 7 and reactions received were 8 weren't they? Can reactions be removed? It could also have been that they weren't at exactly 0 and had 2 deleted posts ...

€dit: i tried it, i removed my reaction from your post and it seemed to remove points, so that works too as explanation

hard to get good controllers nowadays, companies now are purposefully made the analog stick to drift after sometimes to get more money.

I'm not sure if this is a good example of planned obsolescence. I watched a short doc about how multiple companies are trying to make a joystick that doesn't wear down and most have failed.

I remember controllers from the '90s, heavier, clunkier and often not that much longer lasting. Advancements in technology are not only a benefit all of the time. New plastics that are more durable can make things smaller and lighter, but while they don't break they still might bend over time as they are made thinner, flimsier, bending over time under heavy use ... and no one wants to use the older stuff anymore bc the 15 cent part then would cost 25c ... and profit margins can't have that.

It's true that advancements in technology doesn't always means a good thing. But, on the controller 🎮 topic, there ARE some controllers that are decently durable. I'm not sure if it would be regional...!

I remember the ones from the 80s - one stick, one button. The way the FSM intended. Not this shit with 2 sticks, a directional keypad and like 10 buttons where you need a photographic memory to remember what each do.

Tom did a good job, haven't seen Andrews take, only the part he played in Spider-man No Way Home. :p
