Idk I just start my day by sleeping again until I really need to get up....

I mean, it depends, after a good night's sleep, I start out the day positive enough.
But the thing is also true for the opposite, a bad night's sleep, and the day can start out negative.
And then it's all gonna depend on the day from there.

It is really hard to min-max the sleeping game imo. Been trying to buy highend stuff to enhance it. Not working...

Another day another blessing, you might be "disabled" but you're a man of culture bringing up Svengoolie you're also on the frontlines of goondom just enjoy the vibes and take the day's as they come.

It's also the day I have 2 beers rather than just 1 - as it's on until 10:30 rather than going to be around 9. 2 years ago I was staying up past 1 am and having 5 or 6. Also, getting up a little before 10am rather than a little after 6.
