Title says most of it: Are there any good games where the MC is a monster? I don't mean something that's basically human, like a vampire, but something weird like a tentacle monster or a ghost. Bonus points if the game tries to represent the monster's alien thought processes/POV, just because that can be interesting if done well.

I can think of a few off the top of my head:
Invasive Species
Parasite Infection (Kind of, and also this one is a bit much)
Family Infestation
Corruption of Champions (MC can get very monstrous but you don't start that way.)

Recommend Ravager the most since it has original art, voice acting, world building and plot. While Defiler is mostly borrowed and inconsistent art, if you don't mind that.

Well, technically, I'd think many would call the MC in most of the games here as "monster's". Just saying.

Thanks for the recommendations! I *have* played Ravager and liked it, although it's been a while so there may have been some updates. I also played through Tentacular ages ago.

I'll have to look for the others and see if they look interesting.

But yeah, if we count the MC of Grandma's House then just about every game on this forum would be included

Trials in Tainted Space by the same dev as Corruption of Champions, that's the same type of game too, except it's SF instead of fantasy.

I tried TiTS ages ago when it was still pretty early in development and it seemed really slow compared to CoC. I dunno if that's changed any over the years, though.

The game is really good now, for people who like TF, i prefer it to COC by the way.

I think of another game too: No Haven, that's a fantasy game where you play the fantasy race you want and you manage a slaver camp.

Lilith's throne may have you start human but same as in CoC and TiTs can transform, alongside having a incest stable of sex slaves/concubines.
Probably others but i generally only wish to be a human male MC, so i can forcibly self insert and live out fantasy of breeding everyone and everything

Omnilord has a slime for the main character, although you spend most of the game as an artificial Drow the slime creates to blend in with those in the nearby city.

Edit: Forgot about Secret Island. MC is a dragon although he's in human form most of the game. No sex in dragon form, but there is a lot of focus on how different a dragon's perspective can be.

I think you could look into: Monster College, Lucky Monster, Monster Empire, Lilith's Throne, Reborn as a Goblin, Alien Invasyndrome. Mythic Manor (this one's a BIG stretch, in terms of looks everyone is human-like, in terms of species everyone is practically a monster or a hybrid)
Some are a stretch, others are meh, Lilith's Throne is like CoC but start off as a human (recommended if you like text-based).
That's about it, enjoy.
