As much as I like this game, the whole corruption/mind control aspect pretty much doesn't exist anymore and is barely even mentioned. Like the dev forget about it during one of the hiatuses. The game fundamentally wouldn't change if the mechanic never existed to be fair so it's not the worst thing ever. Just disappointed we can't really corrupt the girls any further than the standard "no dad, mc become man of house" game.

Even the patreon archive sites only have as far back as .4. Earlier versions are probably lost forever sadly

Yes, I think it's a good game.
Note that updates are getting stale and the dev think it's a great idea to go and rework scenes (read: milk the fanbase).

Is there new content because to me looks like dev started remaking early part of the game over. Has done this before and it makes saves worthless. Why can't they just progress the story. I don't know if i want to replay from the beginning again, i hate Devs remaking their games and not finishing or updating the next chapter in sequence.

Before the remakes of scenes and long protracted hiatus this was one of the best games. I wouldn't have minded recommending or supporting, as it is now it may not be worth even continuing. Unless new content and not bs reworks counts as an update.

Saves are working perfectly fine.

That doesn't address why so much of the early part of the game was reworked.

If you look at the changelog its basically a remake.

was good for the first half but then alot of plot points were introduced and story seems to be going all over the place, the developer really needs to wrap this game up before it becomes even more bloated

I started from the beginning just to get the new content to find Nami is completely bugged when you try to go to her house for the date. I will wait for the next version and have to use a provided save for 19. I'm not playing this over from the beginning again.
