Selon les règles, une traduction en anglais doit être jointe, n'importe quel programme de traduction suffit. Personne ne se plaindra si vous écrivez avec un anglais approximatif...

According to the rules, an English translation must be attached, any translation program is sufficient. Nobody will complain if it is written in broken English.
