I am looking for such a game. I am waiting for your suggestions for a game in which we try to use individuals who are in a managerial position in a company and want to rise in their position or who want to start a new job for our own interests and try to lead them to corruption or even force them to do so.

I've played a few games like this, but there are probably more games I haven't played. I didn't like the games that came up when I searched with the management tag, but are there any games like this where we can put pressure on people lower than us in a job where we teach at school or manage at a workplace or in any job where someone has to answer to us?

Here are a couple
High-Rise Climb - Long time between updates.
Regional Manager - Has a good amount of content. Is abandoned at this point.
Dream Office - I saw this recently but have not played. Seems on topic very large DL at 4 gigs.
Hail Dicktator - A lot of content and still getting updates. Large DL.
The headmaster - You are the principal, so direct place of power exploitation.
The Personal assistant - JL creation version. Blackheart is good too, but less boss energy. Probably still worth grabbing.

My favourites are Lab Rats 2 and Strip Club Wars. Both are heavy on managering and have limitation on their graphic. I love them both, but I understand the aren't everyone's cup of tea.

Thanks for the suggestions, I've played all of these. I guess I just haven't looked at Dream Office. I'll look into it now.

I second on Lab Rats 2 and Strip Club Wars. They are both really grindy at core, since they are management games, but you can pretty much build your own story in-game using the mechanics offered. It helps that they are both actively developed and get constant updates.
