iwara.tv is the only site i can think of that specializes in animations but it is mostly mmds

Clear your cookies, then u have to log in into e-hentai.org, then u can access exhentai.org, hope that helps

I don`t know if there is a video site that allows loli openly, aside from Iwara and their MMDs. Even in Iwara there has been some complaints with sudden video removals.

rule34hentai and chan.sankakucomplex allow it but you need an account to see it

rule34hentai has a lot of videos. just be sure to use an adblocker if you go there because you'll get absolutely destroyed with ads.

oh, and you also have to have an account in order to access them.
