It's like lazysherlock says. The dev typically provides the de-nag for the most recent release about 10–14 days after it shows up on a pirate site. The idea is to prompt folks to support him so they don't have to wait. But he doesn't actually fully censor things, since he releases a patch to uncensor stuff himself shortly afterward. So your choices are (1) not to care about the censoring (yeah, right); (2) wait patiently for the patch; or (3) support him on his Patreon and then get it uncensored right away.
