Back in those days I had a system that worked really well for myself to handle Xmas shopping. The weekend before Xmas I would go out shopping but first I would stop at bar and have three Irish coffees (1 cup of coffee laced with a shot of Baileys Irish cream and another shot of Irish Whiskey) I would only then venture out to the stores. I found it both made me more generous AND made me accept all the holiday crowds and hassle without a care in the world. Now I just take a couple edibles and shop on line - same result but not as much a sense of accomplishment.

Hell Yeah, UBuck, Your preaching to the choir here. Alcohol makes a lot of things seem tolerable. I don't drink like I used to, I'm old . The laws have loosened here and now I grow my own "Flower". Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood, Dragon Ball, One Piece, HunterxHunter, Rurouni Kenshin (Samurai X), Death Note, Hellsing Ultimate, Afrosamurai, Bleach... Many more that I have watched and are great, but the list would be huge

Frieren is a Master Piece while
Oshi no Ko is just idol show trying that Reincarnator stuff which makes it overall generic

People really liked Frieren
Oshi no Ko (the manga) started good, but the revenge plot was not cup of tea
So I would recommend Frieren
