If you are going female protag abd including lesbian scenes like your other games, I'm sold already. Just that oppai loli was a bit out of place in Tribe. Would have been 100 times hotter if the younger sister actually looked younger than the MC. But still a great game.

To answer your questions in order:

1. Lesbian incest with an age difference, or even just normal lesbian age difference. It's too rare
2. Not too much teasing but also not jumping straight into the sex scenes...unless it's RPGMaker again and there are lots of characters like in Tribe. That scene progression worked where there was gameplay and a quest followed by being rewarded with a sex scene
3. I'm just in it for the girl on girl stuff. But I don't mind the male on female as long as there's something for everyone. I like my foreplay such as kissing etc but as long as it's not lame pecks on the lips where we just have to use our imagination. The buildup to the sex is way more important than the sex, which you can find in any game. I remember that kiss between the 2 girls in Tribe was super hot
4. Not into exhibitionism so getting caught or not won't add or take anything away. Maybe add it in for the fans
5. Progression, escalation, gameplay...I have no idea. You are good at that sort of thing so up to you
6. Interesting situations...I don't know. Mom catching the 2 sisters going at it and joining in. I mean we get those with male protag games but there aren't any lolis and there's never been a scene like that in any game where it's just the girls. Or even if you are a female protag and catch your Dad with your sister and join in. That doesn't exist either
7. Partner in crime...again I'll have to mention how you had the right idea with the little sister in Tribe but the ratio of males having sex with the sisters to females doing it were just too unbalanced. I get that you have to cater to the majority who want male on female content but then maybe get the sisters to interact with each other more in scenes, if you ever go a similar route in future

That's just my input before people start asking for the same stuff that exists in 100 000 other games. I took the time coz I like the fact that you were willing to have lesbian scenes with lolis in previous games. Other devs avoid that content like the plague. Only an adult male is allowed to have sex with a loli. Ridiculous

Only things I have set in stone are that you are the inn keeper and people visit the inn and you can peep on them through holes build into the inn.

Rest could include (Just brainstorming, would love know more especially from other peeping / voyer fans).

- Undressing with eyes
- Bath
- Sleeping
- Nudity in general (undressing)

Escalations could be

- Drugs or aphrosiacs (to manipulate the guests way they act as you peep)
- Molestation
- Manipulating someone into 'bad or sexy' situation and peeping on it.

Well, If you go female MC, there hasn't been a female MC management game where you spy on other females, grope them or have sleep sex with them. The possibilities are endless with female MC because all everyone makes is 'raped by monsters' or 'becomes corrupted and fucks every man around'. If you are going male protag, you might want to check out Mystwood Manor by Faerin if you haven't already. It has the management and upgrading aspect, as well as scenes with different guests and family members as you progress. In fact you might still get some ideas from it that you can build on regardless of what protagonist you choose
