At what age did you first do drugs?

15 liters of beer is about 42 12 oz cans. 42 in 18 hours would be very difficult to accomplish for most people. That would be about as close to trying to do so as it gets.
Everclear sold in at least my state was reduced to less than that. My state is weird - liquor is only sold in stores owned by the state.

Heroin is synthetic, just like nearly all opioids used. Hospitals only used heroin for a VERY short time - it was invented by Bayer (NOT something they have on their website I bet) as a less addictive alternative to morphine, but it turned out more addictive. As to drinking oneself to death on beer, sure you can over a long period of time drink yourself to death on beer by heavily drinking over many years damaging organs, but you'd have to try to do so to die of alcohol poisoning, especially on the weak pisswater most people here in the US call beer. Now if someone really wants to drink themselves to death, something distilled is their best bet. Like 151 rum, absinthe or the full strength Everclear (or other grain alcohol) where they can get it. My former neighbor used to buy Everclear to use for sanitizing his brewing equipment, until they weakened it so it was no longer effective as such. An entire bottle (750 mL+) of anything 150 proof or more should do it unless the person is very large and/or a long term very heavy drinker. Yes, liquor and wine have been sold in the US in metric units since before I turned 21 (some older people still call the 750mL "a fifth" because it is almost exactly the same size as the "1/5 of a gallon" sold previously.) Beer is sold in US imperial units. US imperial is different from old UK imperial - for example UK pint is 20 oz US pint is 16 oz.

Maybe because way more people use it? Would be like saying driving is more dangerous than jumping off skyscrapers because more people are killed in car accidents than by jumping off skyscrapers.

you are so invested to downplay alcohol (which is a terrible drug) that it sets off some alarm bells. Maybe you should consider that you might have a problem?

Alcohol other than heroin can kill you if you are addicted and go cold turkey. Because alcohol use is widespread that excuses the damage to the individual and society?
(That would be like saying if heroin was not illegal there would be no crime...)

Come on now - there is no doubt about alcohol being a drug that does terrible harm just read up on it yourself

I have 1 beer most nights, 2 on a Saturday. I doubt many people would use heroin even if it were legal, given how harmful it is known to be. And apparently as to it being much more widespread so of course it will cause more deaths than heroin...

sigh. please just look it up yourself instead of being childish and posting images...
(by the way ANY drug is more or less harmless if taken in moderation no matter if it is alcohol, nicotine or heroin)

Anyways I am not willing to debate facts with you. Believe me or don't. Read up on it or not.

A little pot at 15. Looking back, it probably would have been better to wait a little longer.

I didn't.
Unless you count coffee (age 11)
Or alcohol (age 7, but only champagne at family celebrations)

if we doesn't count marihuana i was 21. One of the best days of my life. However i genuinely dont recommend chemical stuff

For me I was 10 but didn't even know until later that the Dr. gave me a cocaine solution to numb my sinus so he could put a camera in there. But holy fuck did I feel great after that appointment. I did end up having 8 1/2 pounds of tumors and polyps removed from my sinuses a year later so that sucked. But woohoo more Dr Coke lol

As for recreational drugs, I think I had smoked pot before the cocaine and I had been stealing cigarettes from my mom since 8 I think. I finally quit 40 years later!! First time I ever got high with my dad was weird though. It was right after him and his new family had moved back to my state. I had ben fucking my new step-sister all night and at like 5am I snuck back out to the living room to crash. No more then 10 min later my Dad comes over and "wakes" me up saying Its Easter morning lets go have a sunrise service on the roof. And he waggles the bong in his hand as he is saying it. So yeah dad of the year lol
But my first acid trip was the most fun I ever had alone with my cloths on My brother went to get it said he would be back in 20 min. 4 hours later he gets back. Makes me sit there while he gives me a history lesson on acid. Finally he lets me drop the hit and tells me in like 30 min I will feel so good. 5 min later he passes out. 20 min later I am still not feeling anything try to wake up my bro but he is drunk and high so I give up on him. 20 min after that I come to the conclusion he just took my money and got shit for himself and had me swallow a piece of paper he wiped his ass with or something.
Then I notice how I can see the sound of my brothers snores. I wonder when the NCAA logo in neon lights got on the wall. (I hate watching sports and at the time had no Idea what NCAA was) But I come to the conclusion that I am perfectly sober and need a snack from downstairs. I grabbed my boombox with the wall by Pink Floyd in the tape deck. went to the kitchen and made a HUGE mess then went into the backyard and proceeded to jump doing flips on my 8" X 12" trampoline and watching the music come out of the speakers for like the next 7 hours. Thinking I was sober until I actually started to become sober then I was like oh wow. ..... Right you can't see sounds......
My first experience with recreational drug use was at 13 when a girl I was seeing handed me a handful of pills and told me to take one and stay awake with her all night. They were Adderall. And I fell in love. It is the only drug I have ever felt like a normal human being on and the only one I could never just walk away from. Fast forward to age 35 when I found out I had SEVERE adhd (99 out of 100 in severity) and the reason I felt like that way was Because I actually needed them.

If we count soft shit, I was 8 when I started smoking cigarettes. Was 13 when I first tried weed. Oddly enough my first drink was when I was 17. Never tried anything harder, mainly because shit's expensive...

I regularly see people that at some stage used to drink a slab of beer a day. In Oz a slab =24 cans each being 375. Thats 9 litres of beer. During summer when the temperature can get to 40+c people drink more as they sweat it all out

375 mL isn't that much more than 12 oz, which is the normal size in the US. 24 is a case (which is what they were only sold in outside of bars - at distributors - until a few years ago. Until then grocery stores, etc couldn't sell alcohol at all.)

Alcohol is unique in that the difference between working dose and lethal dose is probably the smallest of all. There's that.

However, alcohol has been with us humans since the dawn of time, it was likely the main motivation for us to become steadfast and grow crops, and thus starting civilization. That's no small contribution.
The damage numbers for alcohol are skewed because of the staggering amount of people who consume it. 99% of which will never suffer any significant damage except day after shame.
The number of people using heroin is vastly, vastly smaller. But there's probably 0% of them that can do this without messing up their life.
Even a human drug processing plant like Lemmy of Motorhead fame stayed well clear of heroin based on his observation that it ended badly with everyone he saw who got into that.

And, I always find great amusement in the frustration among the researchers who study the effects of alcohol, who keep headbutting into the "alcohol paradox" and then tie themselves into moebius pretzels trying to get around it.
You see, the problem is that when they study lifespan vs alcohol consumption, they inevitably find that teetotalers have life spans as short as heavy drinkers. I.e. there's a very pronounced U-shape here. It's posited as an explanation of the French paradox, touting anti oxidants and such in red wine as the beneficial cause. This seems to not hold up, as other studies show it's alcohol itself that's the "culprit", the form doesn't matter.
Moderate drinkers just live longer than teetotalers and heavy drinkers. The powers that be do not like this.

I was fifteen. Didn't like it. Tried different types. Also didn't like them.

Never done drugs except alcohol, other then prescriptions which I have rarely had

Alcohol and tobacco, that's about as wild as I've gotten. And I haven't touched tobacco in over 15 years.
