Look at the the numbers of those using illegal drugs who end up in the hospital/dead vs those who drink alcohol (which is the majority of adults.) I mean, that way of thinking jumping of a skyscraper is less dangerous than driving..

You can say the same for alcohol. Pure heroin is less damaging to your body and brain than alcohol and wont kill you withdrawing unlike several legal drugs. . Just because you claim the majority of adults drink does not mean it is safe to use.. I happily make my own beer and know several distillers, but I have also seen the damage done to people who let alcohol take over their lives . The truth is that some of the deadliest drugs are actually legal

I never did any drugs, including cigarettes and alcohol. I never saw a point trying any substance that is neither tasty or healthy, messes with your head and on top of that is addictive.

There is a safe level of drinking. No safe level of heroin use. You can't die from alcohol poisoning from beer (my drink of choice - me and my dad made our own - my recipes - from 1995 - 2004. Our former neighbor started before then and still does.) unless it's the really high strength and you'd still really have to try. A year and a half ago I drank like 5-6 beers a night (the good kind, not the mass market shit - anywhere from about 8%-14% ABV.) But then after heart failure and before the bypass I wasn't supposed to at all. After it healed up partly for health and partly because I got used to being up before 7am (rather than close to 10) and going to bed around 9pm (instead of 1-2am) I usually have 1 a night (except Saturday night when Svengoolie is one, then it's 2 and I'm up until about 10:30.) I turn 51 in less than 2 months, so a lot of it is aging.

Never drank enough coffee to have any of those. 5 cups a day needs to be a cold day and me falling asleep. Normally 3 cups at work is the max. And they are not strong cups either

can confirm. I am buying the base concentrate of my favorite energydrink in bulk so I can mix it in big bottles. the amount of empty cans got out of hand

My cousins got me drunk when like 7.

Sweet fruity cocktails they told me it was "Juicy-Juice", I didn't taste anything weird.

I didn't even really know what alcohol was yet. But I got drunk as hell. Actually remember having a great time and laughing a lot.

Aside from it being a fairy tale, i have low blood pressure, at least when i'm not angry, stressed or had flashbacks recently ^^
And energy tastes much better then the pills i had to take in the past.

As to drinking oneself to death on beer, sure you can over a long period of time drink yourself to death on beer by heavily drinking over many years damaging organs, but you'd have to try to do so to die of alcohol poisoning, especially on the weak pisswater most people here in the US call beer. Now if someone really wants to drink themselves to death, something distilled is their best bet. Like 151 rum, absinthe or the full strength Everclear (or other grain alcohol) where they can get it. My former neighbor used to buy Everclear to use for sanitizing his brewing equipment, until they weakened it so it was no longer effective as such. An entire bottle (750 mL+) of anything 150 proof or more should do it unless the person is very large and/or a long term very heavy drinker. Yes, liquor and wine have been sold in the US in metric units since before I turned 21 (some older people still call the 750mL "a fifth" because it is almost exactly the same size as the "1/5 of a gallon" sold previously.) Beer is sold in US imperial units. US imperial is different from old UK imperial - for example UK pint is 20 oz US pint is 16 oz.

I know exactly what heroin is and who made it. As for Bayer not having it on their website, does Dupont have reefer madness on theirs? . The hospitals did not understand it properly. When its pure and in doses made specifically to match the patients weight and for no more than a week its a great pain killer and very safe to use. As I mentioned, you have to abuse the drug to become addicted to it. When I mentioned synthetics, I meant the crap like Oxycontin. One last thing, if you take codeine, your body turns it into morphine, your body also turns heroin into morphine. When I was younger I watched a friend drink 15 litres of beer over an 18 hour period, 4 days later I was at his funeral, he also believed that you can not drink yourself to death on beer. Everclear is roughly 95% and not just grain alcohol but also neutral spirits, its basically a solvent. Here in Oz, our 750 ml bottles have become 700, as you can guess, the price increased
