Some time ago, I found a game called Penlight that explores the theme of hypnosis. The interesting part is that the MC can change the girls' personalities—in one route, he creates a second personality for one of them, and in another, he makes one believe she’s a robot. Unfortunately, the game turned out to be nothing more than a lesson on "using hypnosis is wrong, and if you do it, you get a bad ending."

I’ve been looking for a similar game, but all I've found is the cliché of "using hypnosis for sex," which doesn’t even explore the theme further, making it feel like a missed opportunity in my opinion

Yeah, it's nice when games really get into their theme. I would absolutely play a game that really delved into personality changing concepts and the ramifications of it. That said, I also want there to be some good sex in a porn game. Don't have a good answer for you though.

Shattered Minds is mind control making them more corrupted
Take Over is also mind control to make them more corrupted
Glassix is hypnosis where you change personality to make them more corrupt, dress sluttier

Wife Trainer has you training wives and has a full hypnosis path for each wife

Try Golden Mean, the MC get some Demon powers and uses to influence people, it's not exactly focused on hypnosis but it's a great "game"
