Good afternoon Slum! I have a neighbor that makes me help put up his Christmas Lights in early November. Only if it hasn't started snowing or getting icy, apparently he had an accident and fell when he was younger and got traumatized. Doesn't stop the old bastard from shaking the ladder and messing with me whenever I climb it.

Haven't seen the third season, but if it's par for season 1&2 it'll be decent. Shouldn't need to rewatch unless you forgot specific plots and characters. The Novel is way more soul crushing, Subaru has it rough, NTR is easier to handle.

Is it as bad as made in abyss/? I heard it's pure suffering

Nah, it's usually only a few steps up and he'll shake it a bit, and say "Be careful!". Then, after another step up he'd do it again. Like someone driving forward a few feet when trying to get into a car, in an attempt to mess with you. Mostly playful, never when I was high enough to fall and get hurt. Old people are weird like that. I tend to stay on good terms with my neighbors, so they can watch my place when I travel. Which has been a lot in the last few years. I'd rather be the reliable, approachable, likeable neighbor, and not the dickhead you can't stand to be around. The ones that argue about property lines and parking spots. Or the type that calls in noise complaints when you have a radio on, while you're outside working on a car or something.

To be fair, the entire series is about Subaru suffering, so yeah. It's mostly mindbreak.
