discussion How to find a key for a game? Expose my teacher unreal engine

Hello this game titled expose my teacher currently v.04 has content locked behind a key. For the last months people have been asking for said key but no one has stepped up to leak or provide said key. Im thinking that the key for the game should be located somewhere in the games files correct? I have virtually no experience doing any of this but i was hoping someone here more experienced in cracking games had an idea of where said files are usually located. Any help is greatly appreciated thank you.


Game is released in two versions first version is in unreal engine, it sometimes is updated at a later date in renpy has only happened once so far.

OOF i forgot to mention the latest version is in unreal engine. i have the previous version v 0.3 in renpy. Sorry for not mentioning that in the original question.

Aye. Sadly, I can't do Unreal Engine. Would be nice if I could, though. Hopefully, someone with more knowledge about UE will come along and help. Or maybe someone with an actual key will provide one for you.

Aye. In order for the game to recognize this key, it would be coded in the files somewhere. I think with UE, it's harder to crack the files for their code, though.

Not necessarily. Depends on how the dev set it up. If a the key is activable even offline then, yes, you are correct and the key is definitely within the files. On the other hand, if the activation requires an internet connection, there is near 100% chance that the verification happens on an external server and there is no way to get the key this way.

With that being said, I did a quick look here and there and at some point (June this year) the key apparently was 649 , might be worth to try it out.

Key is always coded in. There needs to be a way to have a "path" in the game that tells it it's unlocked. One of those If/Else thing.
The other question is rather or not the contents are within the game. If not, then will require internet access. Otherwise, it's all within the code.

The key can be just there in the file to see or it can be encrypted or online And near impossible to just go get(or hard up to how they did it) Some time you don't need the key you can just have to file jump over it, but there are ways if making that hard to do too.

I tried to enter the key, looks like its locked and oyu have to ourchase it from the dev using bitcoin or crypto.
