The only time I'm not too bothered about seeing a gator is if @conzibald is with me. Last time Conzi and I went to the Everglades together he showed me how to subdue one.
Fortunately I got it on camera!
I wouldn't recommend trying though, it clearly takes years of hole filling practice..
Luckily for the gator Conzi pulled out just in time before he filled it with his conzi juice.
Just look at that load!!..

I might a given a red card for a slight foul but it was on my daughter how can I not give a red card for that I was not biased at all

So this morning, @Inyo told me I could have a thread if I wanted to add it to the awards. I'm not sure who changed ownership of the thread. Maybe it was @Guz89 ? I could probably dig in and find out, but it's not worth the effort..

Either way, it's the newest thread in the awards, because I was just thinking that 16 threads of daily awards with a bonus theme award wasn't enough.

One question I have, stupid as it may sound, do the Gators cause any problems when the streets are flooded?
It is just that I have been to many parts of Florida and experienced tropical storms there and always wondered if they come out more when its flooded.
I've seen enough of them on the golf courses etc to know they are not far away people. Never had one in the pool though!!

Slumtimes they become " misplaced" , any body of fresh water has the probability of gators in it. Haven't heard of them being in areas like streets due to storms. They do get lost in their travels and end up in swimming pools, backyards etc.

I thought famed Florida people loved them gators. Fed them in their houses. But better get a stick and poke around before walking or swimming, I'd say.

Yeah, I'm sure you've seen the headlines of 90% of crazy, weird or stupidity stories that start with " A Florida man..." and there is definitely slum truth to it. Bonky isn't one of those " good ole boys " I grew up in Boston
