If we look at the tags:

- some are about things that don't exist in reality (fantasy, sf, some of the stuff into horror, paranormal, mind control...).

- some are about things that would be illegal or immoral to do in real world (rape, drugs, sleep sex, some of the incest and loli...).

It's important to remember that fiction isn't the real world. That being say, i think online fetish evidently have an influence on real life fetish. This influence must be moderated by a critical distance.

Exactly because you don't have any brothers/sisters incest might be an interesting kink. If you have a sister, and you would always fight with that, you would maybe never be interested in something like incest.
