The idea that private is always more efficient than public is a blind ideological belief, that neo liberal people pose as evidence (I too can "demonstrate" anything if I put all my premises as evidence without ever demonstrating them). Stats and history show exactly the contrary of what you affirm, but sure believe what you want, so funny when people belittle others when they themselves don't have any valid argument, critical thinking and don't seem to care about facts, reality and science. There is economic theories (and most economy is just ideology, not a real science) and there is the real world, you really need to go outside your ivory tower. Example: USA health system largely managed by private system and charity cost a lot more than public system like in Europe or Canada. In France, where i live, there is public system that pay for many thing health relative and a private system (insurances) to complete for the rest: studies show that administrative cost in public system are around 5%, around 25% in the private system, so private system is widely inefficient. Greed, concurrence and a supposed invisible hand that doesn't exist are the least efficient way to manage a society. We live in a world where some companies are getting into debt to pay more dividends to parasitic shareholders, while wages stagnate or fall (which harms domestic consumption) and research, development and investment are sacrificed, it’s completely irrational. It's been decades that those ideas are applied almost everywhere in the world, the result is clear to see, the world is in ruin.
