It's kinda funny that xbox is now the friendliest overall of companies backwards compatibility with al.ost every game they've ever had, and to fuck up that badly on the xb1...

Nintendo was pretty chill on that departament. Playing GBC games on GBA, GBA games on DS, DS games on 3DS, and also playing GC games on Wii, Wii games on Wii U.
I think the only reason the Switch didn't had backwards compatibility was the different medium (and maybe they wanting to distance themselves from the failure that was the Wii U).
I really hopes the Switch successor continues the trend and accepts Switch games.

I really liked Rozen Maiden, it's a shame the "new" anime never got a sequel.
