Yeah it was the same for me. First it was really great. but after a few years now its just "okay" and its getting worse by the week. A "little" raise will make me happier again. If not, i'll find a new job quickly. I just hate applying to jobs, so i try not to.

Night, definitely. When I worked only part time on the afternoons, everyday I went to sleep like 5AM and woke up 10 minutes before my shift.

If I remember correctly he, whoever it was, catfished as a young boy or something, got other young girls nudes and then blackmailed them for more.
Or I could just be crazy and it's all in my head. Who knows?

I went to a taco bell a few weeks ago. Basically everything there was automated and they had a tip jar on the counter. I told them they don't have to do anything why would anyone tip them

My personal experience has been that it doesn't work out that way. You get the raise but then a third of it gets put into withholdings and the rest isn't enough to get you a new car or anything that you can really feel makes the drudgery worth it. It's good that you got it of course, but I'd say update your resume anyway and see if there's something better.

It was more popular before everyone used credit cards, it's usually not a calculated tip just dropping your coin change in if you didn't want to deal with the coins.

Well, it was a home office IT support job. If I wasn't still "sleepwalking" I could just ask for a moment until I'm totally awake.
But for real, it was queue based, so on normal days the first call took some more minutes to ring, usually enough for me to have a quick breakfast and such. I worked properly, I swear!
