So an unusual idea I hope to come across one day is a game where you play as a mature female MC who has an attraction to girls.
I'll be honest I'm don't really play games with female MCs but that is mostly cause most of them have the MC going after a guy/s at one point or another and I can't get into the idea of chasing after some dick.

One plot point that has been done over so often with a male MC yet works easier here is MC is a teacher at an all girls school.
I can only think of one game that fall into this off hand and that is Thirty days where you can choose to play as a female MC and go after the girls. But due to being able to choose if your male or female it slows down on the progress of the game as the dev is forced into basically making the same game twice and leaving some stuff more generic so it could be used as ether choice.

I guessing this is not a popular want by people but am still curious other views on the idea.
To be clear I am really not creative enough to even try to make a story let alone a game like this, only looking to talk about it.

Not a 100% sure as I haven't played the game yet as I have similar sentiments about playing as a female mc.

Perhaps something along the lines of Fashion Business? Don't know for certain the exact premise but thought it was something along the lines of a "MILF Boss taking advantage of models".

What im suprised that hasn't been done is a solid hollywood casting director who may not have the highest of morals type of game. There was an html style of it but not a renpy one that I'm familiar with

I remember coming across Casual Desires but passed on it, from the promo pics you only see sexual action with a guy and only being naked around a girl.
Yeah forgot about Bad Memories, still yet to play the latest update of it. I feel like the time between updates is not helping it out and once again I'm thinking it might be cause they are literally making 2 games in one. It's also been really slow getting into the action with the Mother or sister which does not help it out with the long development time.

I have not played it yet ether, once again the promo pics mostly show male interest in the MC in them. Also most of the tags lend towards M/F sex.

This is probably not necessarily going to be what you're looking for, and probably a more niche game for those more focused on story. But you can choose to play a male or female teacher in HHS+ but it's more sandbox style than a linear story.

If you are looking for girls girls, like, under the usual age, I don't think I've ever seen one. If you are fine with the usual lesbian stuff however, you should definitely check out the Casual Desires as zark mentioned and few other games below.

That's pretty much it as far as I know, unfortunately female protagonist games where the heroine isn't sucking a dick in the first 3 minutes are very rare and honestly don't know why.

Not even close unfortunately. It's the bog-standard corruption game with pretty renders and terrible grindy gameplay. Especially after the first chapter or however they number the segments. There is some lesbian content but mostly it's turbo perv guys doing something to the MC.
