Truly the final frontier for the impregnation fetishist. Give me good recommendations for games that include childbirth. There are quite a few good 2D ones you can get through DLSite, but anything in the 3D realm would be great too.
Some titles I already like

Birth happens, but you see it afterwards
Summertime Saga (shows the delivery room post birth, especially negative because there is very little pregnant sex)
The Tyrant (single still image of a doctor holding the child after birth)
Simple Days (You rush to the hospital and take your girl home post birth)

I would also accept "Egg laying" due to impregnation from monsters, but that is less satisfying. I want the woman to be actually birthing my child.

There have been some pretty weak AI titles lately. I have also always felt that anything by oneone1 is not satisfying, ideology in friction for example, you can't get pregnant unless you spend 10 hours doing a bunch of really specific bullshit.

Summertime Saga was one of the best games out there.....5 years ago, now it's been passed by a lot of games and they are currently doing the rework thing to milk people.

S.H.E.L.T.E.R. - An Apocalyptic Tale, all LI can get pregnant and give birth.
Simple Days, the same most of LI can get pregnant but you don't get to see the birth

Corruption of Champions surely has man depictions of childbirth.

I suspect the Corruption kot9ira is referring to is the Corruption by Mr. C. I seem to remember a lot of pregnancy, but no explicit childbirth. For childbirth, try

The Hunter 2 has explicitly declared that it will depict childbirth, but I believe we're looking at late 2025 based on current projections.

Thanks, I did get far enough in The Tyrant in the last day or two to see the birth scene. A single still image of a doctor holding a child with your LI of choice on the table. Not perfect but i'll take it!

I'm not sure tbh, i played it a couple of months ago and from what i can remember you do manage to get 2 or more girls pregnant and one of them gives birth to a child but i don't think you get to see a scene about it.

Oh and i recently saw this game called: Let's Go! My Harem Farm from the preview pics it looks like it definitely has birth scenes
