For me isn't even that (And I never liked Bible Black. Hahaha). It seems that lately only bland H mangas and eroges get picked to have an adaptation. It's always some vanilla harem, or mindcontrol rape, not anything besides it. I think it's been years since I've watched a new loli/shota H anime, for example.

To be honest, I don't even remember any loli anime with good graphics.

This happens a lot in games, but if you know where the main character seduces someone else's girlfriend or wife, then write, I'll be grateful. I just like it when at the beginning the girl is kind of against it, but the main character conquers her with his skill.

Plus, as per prior posts of mine, I'm not a fan of 2005+ Dr. Who. That includes 2023.

For other Whovians, do you feel the 2023 series is "par" from 2005 era? Better? Worse? Still British? Too Americanized? Something else?

As bad as they were on many (most?) aspects, I miss the 1963-1989 Doctor Whos.

Spoiler: Holy Shit this turned in an Essay...

I'm not even going to debate from Hartnell to McGann (although I kinda wished he'd have gotten a series- non-canon stuff aside he wasn't a bad Doctor.
Were the special effect the best? Were the sets the best? Were the aliens/foes the best? No, but that is what gave it that charm.
Each one them had their own unique spin and affectations as the Doctor. Which makes sense IF it was just a different actor playing the same role...it would get stale and fast. Giving each one of them space to make the role their own was brilliant.

Even if you include the Peter Cushing Doctor (in there somewhere) I liked his performances as well.

IF you add in the "Red Nose Day" special for "The Curse of the Fatal Death"- I think Rowan Atkinson would've made an excellent Doctor, as well as Joanna Lumley (SHE should've been the first female Doctor).

We cannot forget John Hurt as the "War Doctor". He was phenomenal in that special. Every one was, tbth.

To be fair, IF Eccleston had been given another run he probably would've killed it, but then we may not have had Tennant. Eccleston had some great stories though and I don't think he gets the recognition he deserves. He essentially rebooted the franchise. Had he not been "Fan-tastic" the series probably would've ended with him. "Are you my mom-my?"

Tennant is a fan favourite and rightly so- he really was an amazing Doctor and I think he had some of the better stories written during his run. He had an outstanding assortment of companions and each one brought something new and exciting to the series. Plus every episode with him and Prof. River Song was just incredible. They had a really great chemistry.

Smith was an incredible Doctor as well- his introductory episode would've been a make or break kind of thing for the series- he had big shoes to fill...and the glass slipper fit perfectly. Also, having Amy and Rory be his companions for almost his entire run was a smart move. The dynamic between the 3 of them was probably better than Tennant and any of his traveling mates. (And again, any episode with him and River were just bangers.) Clara was a really good replacement for Amy and Rory when the Doctor was at that low point. They worked really well together. I think his kinda goofy boy scout charm is what was most appealing about his Doctor.

You really should give Capaldi a chance- he's a cross between Hartnell and (Tom) Baker- the "Get off my lawn, Kids"/The Smartest Man in the Room.
I don't think he had much chemistry with Clara- she learned so much from Smith that those two seem mismatched.
Plus the regeneration into Capaldi from Smith right in front of her may not have been the best idea...
Bill, was just as uninteresting as Ryan (Whittaker's run).
Love Matt Lucas' character though, Nardole.
Capaldi did have some amazing stories though- the two parter with him in the Tower was probably his best work on the show.
His Doctor just needed to left to his own devices and maybe have a companion for 2 or 3 episodes OR maybe try and find one that fit with his personality. Missy as his version of the Master was done really well- definitely traces of Delgado in her portrayal.

Then there's Whittaker. I don't want to say anything bad about her, because she was a victim of circumstance. She deserved to be so much better than she was...the first official female Doctor. She deserved better than she got- had RTD or SM been the ones in charge of her run, she would have done much better and been more accepted. Chinball just destroyed any shot she had at redemption. The whole companion dynamic was just muddy. You really had no interest in any of them AND they killed the best potential one before she could even do anything.
Her run was just tainted with bad writing, low stakes, laughable villains (EXCEPT the Master- he killed it), uninteresting stories, rehashed idea from previous series, and just nothing that held your attention. When she was Doctor'ing- she did the best she could and she really seemed to enjoy herself. (Which must have been difficult.) She could've been so much more memorable than she was, it's sad to say. (I did have a much longer rant about the problems with her run, not so much her, but couldn't find it.) Lucky you.

I've yet to see any of the Ncuti Gatwa ones yet, but he was incredible in "Sex Education", so you know he has the acting chops and comedic timing to pull off the Doctor.

I think the show is better in terms of writing, SFX, the calibre of actors for the roles, the relatively close coherence to the legacy Doctors, and the plots/stories/locations. I still think it is very much British and not just because they all have accents. Even with the blemish of Whitttaker's run- I think they've done a good job of keeping the Doctor Who franchise going.

I'm grateful for the 2005 series as it was what got me into Doctor Who.

After watching made me go back and watch the older Doctors, (used to find the old episodes on Vimeo before they cracked down.) I stopped watching after Matt Smith though, might try to do a marathon of new ones someday.

Again, I may have already commented on this (sleep derpivation is setting in), but give Capaldi a chance- he might surprise you.

I think after Coleman left was some of his best episodes. I loved Coleman thought she did great. But yeah I don't think they fit together

Capaldi was a great doctor that was held back far too often by bad writing. His run could have been so much more.
Although him rocking out on the electric guitar while riding a tank *chefs kiss*

He suffered from "Whittaker Syndrome" too sadly. Although that episode with him and Davros on Skaro with Clara and Missy running around together was a classic. (The one you're referencing.)

Saw the new Deadpool movie today. It was good but I wish it was more raunchy! I feel Ryan Reynolds’s didn’t get to improv as much in this film. Also sucks that TJ Miller wasn’t in it. My Deadpool rankings are Deadpool 1 10/10 Deadpool 2 9/10 Deadpool 3 7/10. Still good but not as good. What do you guys think?

Your feeling is correct. Iirc he wasn't allowed to improv or (him or the writer's) make changes to the script due to that Writer's Strike that happened during this time. There may have been "wiggle room", but it wasn't much.

Yeah I agree, animated hentai had always a poor animation. With their budged, we can't expect a lot of them. That's why I go directly to the manga. For me it's like 100 times better. Regarding ecchi, I do like it, but as watching material, nor as fapping one. There are pretty good and spicy ones.

Well in manga you can find everything you want and in excellent quality, there with time the drawing only gets better.

No it was for HDD. They had to remove platter and replace to other new HDD, or something. I don't even think SSD can be fix it it fails? yeah, its always good to keep more than one backup if something is important. Sadly, nothing last forever and HDD are sensitive and I killed 3 of them, which cost me $$$ to replace lol

Ouch, replacing platters is not cheap or easy. They have do that in a clean room, because even the tiniest speck of dust could ruin sectors of a drive. They they have to put them in another drive a platter at time and retrieve data and if you FAT is corrupted- you're done. It's just going to be a garbled mess of rubbish.
Yeah, I'm pretty sure it's all over IF an SSD fails- hopefully they last longer than one with moving parts though. If you drop it...it should still work. An actually HD even if there's no power and you drop it... 70/30 you're done.

yes but still. The violence in some areas in USA is terrible. Not movie sonly but documentaries. Yes, they get court charges and all this but some people just are violent there... Ok, fine... well, you need to visit tech land Japan. Those IDE cables are literally RIP. They take up much too much space and are clumsy. Honestly, I got nothing against them, but if you want space save tech then something even smaller than USB size that connects everything is the way to go. It is like a small wire with plugs. These are used now in latest tech in Japan. I know lot of people still use that old dino juristic tech but my PC wont even look at those grampa tech lol... Ok, Im being very mean and possibly you will attempt to assassinate me soon (Not the first to try lol) but times now in modern pc tech is really changed a lot. I like the IDE cables. They never brook on me. They last long time, but these wire versions are much more flexible. Plus some/lot of SSD are now moving away from IED cables to these smaller ones. Don't get me wrong, my pc is prehistory compared to what I am talk about, but it was make some time ago. I don't even know what is the IRQ and DMA. Never heard about this lol. Sadly, I never learned about those ancient tech stuff. In a way it will be very cool to learn about it all. Plus the old old DOS system interest me, but I know nothing about it than it was the main thing of pc world or something like that. My PC is old but actually, I will check if it even uses those older IED cables. I don't think so because SSD that I have is with tis new wire version. My (wire) description is not even the best. I'm tired and brain died, o yeah, I use SATA cable. I was much younger when I used IDE cable and been few years since i seen them around here lol. I should change "wire" to SATA, but I'm lazy ass lol.

IRQ = was an "Interrupt Request" back when PC's had to "share" what you could and couldn't do at the same time.
DMA = was "Direct Memory Access" and was more like a timeshare for when and where data would go.
Back in the "OLD" days you had to fiddle with those 2 for hours. You want a mouse OR a keyboard? Do you want sound AND a mouse? Do you want the Master or Slave drive to be operational? You kinda just had to pick and mix until you got everything to work... GOD forbid if you wanted something other than the onboard GPU or the sound from the motherboard. I remember trying to get a SoundBlaster32 and a Radeon Video card to work for close to 3 hours (AND you had to change jumpers on your motherboard for different voltages for add-ons). Just to play "X-Wing vs. TIE Fighter." Oh happy days.

I think the word is evolves. I don't dare to say the current artists are more or less skilled than the previous ones. But it's right we have veteran perv artists and their work has been refined and improved compared with their initial creations. I have favorites from all the times, and artists as the Italian Milo Manara, are just immortal. And that opens a new door, there is not enough western adult comic production.
