It's a measure to prevent... not so nice people from accessing the games and causing trouble without first actually interacting with the community.
Just... comment a lot. Like things. Sure, it's a bit annoying but you'll get there. 99% of people didnt spend a single dollar.

I have to see I think latest updates and games+ is a bit chaos...
Games+ should have all the restricted games or all the normal games AND restricted games..
But now I don't know what it is, some of the games normally are shown in both, but not all...
