Seriously P4 is dead atm. It may change, but atm not much new content since the big movement of all AI threads.
No one post anything. atm. I´m really sad about it.

There appear to be "only" 112 people in p4. But the cost is so high I am mildly surprised that even that number purchased it.

Seriously. I have more than 45k in the bank. Just from interacting. I have all ranks, you can buy in the shop. (Just hide it, cause it looks better)
There are user with more than 100k in the bank. Especially the user in the anti social hangout thread.
So it is not that strange imo. If you are active the coins come.
Make yourself known. You even get coins for normal posts if people like you.
