The link was dead probably because a new incest link was made for the new update and all links have since been updated.

I don't know what all the script.rpy patch adds and if the script.rpy patch changes with each update or not but the last patch was named 0.18 Part 1 and this one is now 0.18 Part 2. Guess you would just have to try and see if the new patch causes any errors or not.

Everything is included. Each version is typically split into two updates. So it's the second part of v0.18, not (a previous Part 1 and then) Part 2 v0.18.

With all due respect to the dev, this game is nearly unplayable unless you are fine with clicking and clicking and clicking. Because scenes won't play unless you grind specific stats. Which of course go up by 1. Meaning you will spend hours grinding, rather than jacking.

You have to add tags to your blocked list in your profile. Click username - profile block settings - ignoring - click tags tab and add tags you don't want to see. This doesn't work on the latest updates page though.
