My gut answer is The Losing Edge, everything from the Batdad to the kids who perfected losing to the way the cheer for Randy to violently beat a man unconscious. My friends and I constantly use "I'm sorry, I thought this was America! Am I not in America?!" on a near daily basis. I'm sure I could make a case for nearly all the other episodes though.

Simpsons quite a while back. Only other one I watched was Beavis and Butthead. Original was great, return was good. Heard there might be newer on a streaming service, but those are for rich people and can't find on pirate sites.

Actually it was stan that did. He was the main one in that episode and in imaginationland he's the one who told the general to pull back Kurt Russell and the troops when they described them over the radio

No, they were in the story Cartman told in another earlier episode. I think it ended with Stan got AIDS and died. That part wasn't shown, just told.
