If its the main point of a game, I wont bother with it, but if its like in 4 elements trainer where its a one off scene or two, I'll occasionally save before one is an option just to try it out for shits and giggles, before moving on with the story in a save without having done it, I'd just rather the MC being the sole character having sex with any of the women.

I guess it depends on the game. It it's out of no where, then not really. If the game is built around it being a feature then it would probably depend on what it is. I would say the best example for me that works was Maou-Sama. There's another one I can think of too, but I don't know if I can mention it outside of the '+' areas.
