From what I can discern, one patch changes the characters' relationships from "friends" to family members, while the other seems to add some animations/renders. Unfortunately they're kind of a mess atm and you can't seem to use both at once as they are the same file name and type. Hopefully the dev fixes it up soon, but yeah that seems to be the difference.

EDIT: Nevermind, the post above me seems to have the only file you need. Just download that one.

Well in his defense it's a medieval setting and most peasants were dirty, smelly, had small tits, and were hairy.

That's actually somewhat of a misconception. People in medieval times, including peasants, liked washing and bathing actually. To the point that communal bathhouses were fairly common depending on which time and region you'd look into. They were unhygenic, because they didn't know about germ-theory and didn't have easy access to soaps in some places, but they did like to keep clean. People back then did not like bad smells any more than we do today.
It's similar to how it's a common believe that people back then were mostly illiterate, when most people could actually read and write to some fair degree in their own language, including common folks, just not Latin and French, which were the standard for literacy back then. (which is not completely unreasonable since unlike today, most texts back then would not have commonly been translated to whatever local language/dialect)
Just like it's a common belief today that they would wed off their 12-14 year old children when that was not common practice at all.
Often times you find that there are some historical records of one region, during a certain timeframe, doing something or another and that then gets stretched out to say everyone, everywhere commonly did that back in those days. It's to say, it happened, but it wasn't necessarily a widespread practice and often times there is context ommitted. But the news and media tend to like to focus on the shock value and nuance is just a dirty word to them.
Dunno where you got the idea of small tits, I don't think I've ever heard about that one.
But it is true about being hairy. Since beauty standards back then were quite different and body hair was seen as a sign of maturity.

I couldn't help but notice that when downloading the file called "Aihvala-0.2Prologue_part_2_Hairless-pc.zip", the content of the folder is actually called "Aihava-0.1(Prologue_part_1)-pc" and the game really does state that it's v0.1 Prologue Part 1.

Is there a hairless version of Prologue Part 2?

In order to get the correct one, you have to be a paying member tier 2 or use this version instead and the difference is you see an "Imagination" scene which is not real, that's all at the moment
