I don't remember which game I was playing, but suddenly I noticed the conversation went about what an asshole Eric was. And then I realized they were talking about Eric from Big Brother.
That was the first time I realized devs were referencing "classics" or other famous games, but as I haven't played a lot of them, I have probably missed a lot.

I'll start: The Guardian constantly references other games and devs: Proud Father - Westy, it's even the name of a "meta character" that speaks in an Australian accent. Also Shaddy from ShaddyGames and I'm sure I'm missing a lot.

There was a scene in... umm... I think Parental Love... where you take a side character to get a new hair style and you see the Daughter from Dating My Daughter walking out. There was even an achievement built into the game for waiting on that image for long enough, as if you were staring at her because you could swear you knew her from somewhere.
