Almost all kinds ! Except "feel ggod" boring books.

For sci-fi I'd recommend Hyperion. It's the greatest sci-fi novel I've ever had the pleasure to read.

That's a very good one especialy the 2 firsts !

In my youth I read science fiction, then moved on to classics, now I read exclusively non-fiction, mostly memoirs.

Just finished "The bread the devil knead", thought it was overrated. I'd give it 3/5.

So I remember an ero light novel I read a while ago and want to read it again, but I can't find the name. It's about this woman looking for a sword master to train her, but he just wants to be left alone, so when she keeps bugging him, he ends up saying he'll train her, but just grooms her to be his sex toy. I can't find the title any where

Update- I found it, it's name is "Sukebe de Kichiku na Shishou to Sunao de Juujun de Bishoujo na Deshi"

Project Hail Mary by Andy Weir.

Does anyone here enjoy reading?

Maybe light novels in genres like Isekai, or progression fantasy or litrpg? If so, has any of you found somewhere smoll and teen girls receive some love? Or maybe one of you has a passion for writing but not the energy or desire to put it in game format and has written a few chapters.

I would love to read a good story (that actually has plot) where the mc might go around and corrupt or enslave some underaged girls on his way to defeat or maybe become the demon lord.
Alt.sex.stories.text.repository is off-line for the most part, but I found some good stories here: https://[initials].xyz/spotlights_archive.html

I'm a reader, but I haven't read anything about what you say.

Hey all.
So I've checked on audible cause I get free credits each month and I've gotten a few audio books that really make the time at work pass by.

-Hometown Hero: The Breeder
-Bloodline Harem: Sister's Gift
-Bloodline Harem: Tamed
-Bloodline Harem: Alpha

So far these are the only good ones I've found.

Anyone have any others they recommend for download?

Do you know where to read those for free?

I have read Bastion to book three. I was quite irritated to be honest by the boring talking and nonsensical and only the second half of the second and third book redeemed itself somewhat but it was a chore to read. Anyways I really liked the magic/power system and I was looking for something similar, a tad darker or mature. I tried reading Iron Prince but It had that YA bullshit in the dialogue which Bastion had too...
I am reading Cradle but quit I couldn't get in it, I will try later tonight probably. Essentially I'm looking for a bit of despair, a continues fear. It doesn't have to be all doom and gloom, it just need to have the right beats on the right moments. And again not that YA bullshit (I understand YA can have gore and can be mature) that schoolboy ignorance. I rather want a more mature, grounded character that grows on a different aspects or even degrades morally.

Other genres are also welcome, I also read Blindsight for a bit but it was to psychotic and all over the place and I disliked the first person pov. Al though I want to try again maybe I need to get used to the pov.

Why ask here? Fuck reddit.

You might find something to your taste on

or his Goodreads group.

I read mostly the inane shit people post here or on other forums... :kek:

I don't really keep count, but if I had to guess I'd say 5-6 books, I read mostly web or light novels tho.

I voted 1-5 books, but realistically, it's usually more like a total of 1ish book, made up of 1/4 - 1/2 of three or four books. I always find beginnings more appealing than endings.
