Overview:
The protagonist, Makoto Sakurai, is a high school student.
One day, his new neighbour, Atsushi Uchiyama, tells him an shocking secret about his family: he has a secret sexual relationship with his own mother.
For him, it’s completely normal. But ever since, Makoto’s way of looking at his mother, and at his friends, has changed.
Then, one day, Makoto’s father has to leave for an extended business trip, leaving Makoto alone with his mother. Makoto feels something vaguely unsettling, and his concerns turn out to be a reality.

After install you'll have a right-click choice for 'locale emulator' and run the file with simulated japanese system, no need to actually change anything. Take note to chose the right version, Win10 needs the 2.4.x.x one.
It's safe as far as i can say, some AV's might give a warning as the way this tool works interfaces in ways some viruses also might, but its source code is on GitHub, sooo ...
It doesn't translate though, while the dialogues are, the options and so on are still not in english, but that's not gonna be fixed by changing locale either.

Not a guaranteed solution though, some report that it doesn't work for them (again, make sure to use the right version for your win!), if you really want to try the game you can find alternative locale emulators for japanese out there.
Alternatively some games can be made work by changing the actual locale of your win to japanese, that does NOT make your system SHOW japanese, it just uses the language in the background ... but it could lead to other issues.

there is also ms' applocale and ntlea, there is also locale emulator on github/sourceforge

btw i dunno if ms still has its applocale program anymore or if it even works on higher than win7

always useful to have if you want to run strictly japanese games that are region/language locked.
also if you search you can find a version that has english but probably still have to use the emulators.
they do love to region lock their hentai games..

This works on win 10 extract in a new folder run the leinstaller.exe install for current user when done load it back up then uninstall.

edit: Oh the game right click the games main exe you should see japan emulator with a side arrow then click run in emulator deal.

Hm, i am pretty sure i tried that version on win10 and it didn't work for me. It's the same as i linked above btw.

My bad i saw source forge though it was a torrent style should have clicked on the link.

I use it on win 10 it still works for me but what you have for a setup and mine could be the difference i never tired it on pro version of windows or a amd setup.

Love complet's games about milfs. Hope someday someone will make extended remakes with the same art style and animations. I always felt like their games lacked sex and ejaculation sound effects. It's not difficult to add them actually, you can just edit the kirikiri script file.
