For me, it depends on the game and the character but I can take a huge range. Apocalust is an example of a game that does large breasts well. The only thing I don't care for are when the breasts are inhumanly and impossibly large, like with some monster girl games for example - like the character can't walk. Don't know why, but I think I read "natural" as "medium" or something.
Even when the breasts aren't that big, if they're like a perfect sphere, haven't got that natural "teardrop" shape and appears to be rock hard instead of soft and bouncy, then it's a turnofd to me. It's like fucking a blow-up doll.
I've seen breasts implantes that are bigger and looks more natural than smaller ones. It's more about the appearance than the size itself.
