You're looking for something very rare in games. Normally when you have daughters in game either the mom cheated and left or is dead...I can give you names of games that have this type of family content but not exactly what you want.

Konk Island is the one for you but what you are looking for is only at the end of the game.
Midlife Crisis has all family members fun but seems to be abandoned...
Long Lost Daughter I played it a long ago, but I think it has this content.
Maou-Sama a very strange game...at some point I think you meet your daughters by some magic shit, if not sorry.
Neko Paradise if you're ok with Neko characters.
Family Again would be perfect for you...but is sadly abandoned.

I don't remember any pregnant content in Midlife Crisis. Actually, the slutty friend of one of MC's daughters gets pregnant by him, but I think she didn't even reach the swollen belly stage.

Lot of people are misreading this part. Not just incest and pregnancy, but a pregnancy within the game that results in a daughter who then becomes a love interest.

But OP, I don't think there are many examples. Off the top of my head... Adam and Gaia. But even there it's not especially satisfying, the daughters are basically a list of pictures + randomized names that age into adults overnight with very little personality or interactivity involved.

Problem as I see it is not many games actually play a pregnancy through to childbirth. That's nine months of time and like 50% of the adult games out there go permanently On Hold on Day 3 of gameplay. Even when they get past that, most games have a story that wraps up in a matter of weeks or a few months at most. I agree that what you're looking for would be cool but the best you usually get out of pregnancy is visibly swollen bellies in the epilogue.

For anyone who value story in such games, would always recommend Daughter for Dessert.

I liked this game, but the fact that it wasn't Ren'Py made it hard for me to continue. I hope someone makes a port.

The ones I remember liking is My New Memories and Such a Sharp Pain. Radiant is nice, too, but since the daughters grew up without the father I think it loses some of its appeal.
Dating my Daughter I still play, but I find kinda boring. The daughter doesn't even seem like an actual human being. She just do everything we tell her to do...

I think the one I like the most is "Such a sharp pain" (due to the union of story, fantastic renders and construction of images). There is also "Midlife Crisis", a game that I don't think is one of the best, but that I find very entertaining and has pretty good renders.
As mentioned above, from the members+' area there are "Found in Translation" and "Rational Chaos", two games that are also very good.

I think a game like that could work with realistic aging- start with a young MC (your stereotypical "I just turned 18 and got laid 928343986 times my first week of college" game for instance), then time skip forward 18 (or less) years to play the same MC but with a lot of child support to pay.

For fantastic aging though, what about relativistic space travel? You start out on your home planet, get involved in whatever relationships there, have to make a space trip for [reasons], and when you get back you've been gone a week but it's been over a decade for everyone else.

Or maybe time travel, where your future daughters are coming back and interacting with you for whatever reason (maybe the good old "the fate of humanitydepends on you getting lots of girls pregnant" plot)>

Besides The Guardian+The Lost Guardian, Peasant's Quest and 23 Sisters, having both the conception of the daughter and the romance with the daughter is also found in Maou-Sama. But that one is even weirder than 23 Sisters.

Neither "Parental Love" nor "Reconnecting" have this, and I'm pretty sure "Dating My Daughter" doesn't either. In Parental Love the MC already has two daughters at the start of the game, then gets them pregnant during the game, and then comes the epilogue which doesn't feature the resulting offspring. What is asked for here is that during the game, the MC first knocks someone up and then later in the game has a sexual relationship with the resulting offspring. (In particular, the game either needs to involve some kind of magic or span "18" years).
