Depends on the level. A cousin or a aunt would be ok, but not my mother or my grandma lol.

I think there is a different answer for casual sex and longterm relationship. Casual sex with Cousin or Sibling it's good, even great, especially if it's the first time for both of you because if you are in a very strong relationship of trust, you are more likely to keep each other's "needs" in mind. A long-term relationship can only work if neither of you has a close relative who would be emotionally hurt by it. With Parents neither would work. So the answer depends on how related you are to the person.
