To address the opening comment, I got an infraction from F95 for a thread where the "offending" post I made just mentioned that the dev had created another game (which I did not name) and that it was not available on F95 (and I did not name this site). That's apparently enough for those thin-skinned cowards to get SO terrified of competition that they entirely blocked me from replying to that thread.

Being someone who usually will keep to themselves and head down as I will go to where I was looking for and not to cause issues, even I can see everything popping up all over. It does not make it a place you want to visit or go to get the games or whatever you are looking for.

This site is pretty good with its users. Even the new 35 reply minimum to see certain areas is the most user-friendly of the possible directions they could have gone in.

From what I've seen, F95 has a much louder (and larger?) base than here. Can't say I've really interacted with it, but I've lurked there a long time and seen a lot of things get taken down or deleted that probably shouldn't have.

Yeah things gets hairy on F95 with their mods sometimes. One of the reasons I like to lurk, since I mostly keep my opinions to myself. If they can't take valid criticism and goes anal over disagreements, ugh idonteven. My biggest gripe with F95 and my move here is them removing certain games and had to dig around to get here.
Though here it's good and I aim to keep using this site, even in regards to not being able to be a pure lurker anymore.

the f95 comunity often blame the dev on the smales bugs and rush them for updates with no reason.
its not like the devs programming these games in their spare time or something..... its just frustrating to see. if you try to cool the situation down than you get the hammer too.

It's honestly heart wrenching to see threads/games get removed from there. especially if you've been watching them for a while or it's a new game you look forward to. Definitely looking forward to spending more time here if it's actually that much better as you guys have described
