Mass Effect, as so many others said. Starting with the obvious issue of blending to black too soon in the romance cutscenes, to the outrageous issue that we never got to learn who (Miranda, right?) brought a STI from Varren onto the Normandy in ME2; to missed opportunities like Shephard obtaining more support by seducing an Elcor diplomat or making up to Wrex for destroying the genophrage cure by personally making a baby for him... Basically, Mass Effect should have been more like TFTUV.

On the other hand, we have Crusader Kings III were I didn't even have to install any mods to get an event where my character is finding his wife teaching their son about sex, and getting the option to join in.

Fallout, any of them. He wouldn't feel out of place. When I started Fallout 3, and found a prostitute, I couldn't believe that she didn't give me the option to buy her services, but hey, Bethesda and its stuff.

2 games that I play and love. Skyrim. i would have made a totally nude version. And also Fallout 3 and 4. I feel completely naked would be great for these games. There is nothing better than creating a petite cure female character and watching her (yourself) run naked through the lands and then on top, meeting many kind of different nude races, especially the petite cue ones. Just a very pleasant gaming experience

Yes, I have a totally nude skyrim LE gameplay. I play SE NN because zi like the armors and change from nude. There used to be nude replacer for child NPC but all are banned or removed. I don't know is Fallout 4 have nude world game mods. I will need to check out. I know loverslab, but the mods I seen there seem but blahh. guess I look in the wrong section? But thanks gfor advice.

Just "nude" are the most blah mods of all... Skyrim and Fallout have full blown Sex frameworks that can make the games into actual porn simulators where you can fuck everything that moves (or dont moves)... xD
And the stuff for smol ones is found somewhere else, but it exists the same, again, with full integration into the framework and actual sex scenes ect.

I think Star Ocean 4 was meant to be an adult game but got cleaned up at some point which is why it had all the hentai stereotype characters and a paper thin plot. I'd have liked to see a truly high budget hentai game.

All of the Bethesda games, luckily there's a huge mod scene that fixed most of it.

Yeah well, the games themselves are really janky to begin with. Add heavy custom scripting and you will have a bunch of problems pop up here and there.
