There's not cum-swapping or anything, it's just a fairly chaste kiss; but it's unavoidable. I don't remember anything like it happening again later, but I haven't played 0.5.0 yet. The MC doesn't seem into it but also only mildly annoyed by it, so I'm not sure if it'll ever happen again.
