I really like the game, but the increasing number of characters is taking away the importance of the relationship and in addition to a few characters who still show feelings other than sex, the rest despite being cute characters are not just for quick content updates (my opinion) ,

There are too many characters but the game has made it fairly clear who the main cast is, the family (though the family is still growing). Even Tanya gets mentioned a lot but not shown. Having a lot of side characters is just to not let scenes get stale with the same people repeatedly.

MC is a very busy lad. The station scene had me having a good laugh (Looking up, The roof? HOW?) but I have to agree that the absolute buffet table of choices is starting to leave less and less time per character. MC needs to set up an appointment calendar to not forget about some of his harem.
Side note: Sleeping while staying inside is a BAD idea. I cringed when I read that. Don't try this. It'll cause chemical burns as it's a bit acidic in there. Fine for an hour or 2, not fine for a nap.

So many updates since I played last time (around update 30). This got bit boring, every new girl magically fell in love with the MC. So I've played other games instead. I wonder if I have stamina to go through rest of this.

I just got to part 3, despite the new relationship tab having pregnancies in part 2, I'm pretty sure the option to impregnate only happened like once or twice with women in the tab, which is a bit ridiculous considering the amount of creampies happening with the MCs apparent overactive sperm, and now in part 3 pregnancy is missing in the relationships altogether so was the tag scrapped or?

Yes, pregnancy is still very much a thing in part 4. I suspect it was removed from the relationships pages because it's going to be changing too fast during part 4.

The Part separations in this game are not thematic or plot-related. Moonbox breaks the game into parts purely based on when it would exceed 5GB. I mention P4 only because it's the current part.

Assuming you have gotten the maximum amount of content with every available girl, the MC has definitely gotten eight women pregnant during the game, as of the end of 0.55:

Spoiler: Girls the MC got pregnant already

• Tanya second pregnancy - occurred while she was in the late stages of pregnancy with the MC's first child, Anne(II). This is a condition that is rare but not impossible IRL, called superfetation.
• Paveena's daughter - Veena's girl is the oldest of the other unborn children, and will likely be MC's second daughter after Anne(II).
• Liz's daughter
• Cat's daughter
• Karen's child - this is the lady who was harassing Mila near the start of the game, who the MC turned into his pet and then impregnated on the plane in front of her sleeping husband
• Megan's child - this was Sandra's boss, the police sergeant who also saw MC/Cat fooling around
• The child of the unnamed housekeeper who started the Cult of El Pene del Diablo
• The child of the unnamed woman from the hotel elevator who's also now in the Cult of El Pene del Diablo

Characters have been talking about it being very likely that a ninth woman is also now pregnant (Jamila).

Several other characters have explicitly expressed wanting the MC to get them pregnant:

With the game reaching the midway point, given the focus on pregnancy as both a goal for several girls and also highly likely when it comes to having sex with the MC, it is simply very likely to be ramping up, especially with a lot of revelations coming about, and a lot more harem girls now knowing about each other (and a couple important notable not-yet-harem girls starting to think about things they think they shouldn't be thinking about).

No, but it is clearly building toward it happening soon, given events in the last 2 updates. I would guess it should happen during one of the updates this Summer, given the way the plot is moving.
