There are many new features, the story is still the same—a husband and wife trying to have fun together—but new scenes have been added, the visuals and animations have been improved, and choices have been added for each character. Incest refers to relations between family members. Mostly blood related, but is also used for those related by marriage.
The tag is therefore correct, even if it wasn't what you were hoping for.
I also feel like the description of the game explains pretty well what to expect, so I don't see it as deceiving people.

The dev isn't on this site as far as I know, and the tags weren't added by them so they can't remove them for you either. But if you want to reach a dev in the future their links are added at the top of the OP on all game threads. I just upload games.

@EscapesMe you forget to attach the gift 2307 file.It is needed because if you are in the end from the 2306 game version my mod overwrite the next script label.I added there an new jump command to the gift scipt file.After the scene it continues now where Jasmine gives her brother a blow job.And if you don´t have this file you will be become an error where this label is missing

gigan created a Releationship and Replay mod for the game version 2312. Let him know if he missed something. From now on has only an all in one file. Have fun with it

Love this game and the dev. So consistent with the monthly updates (if I remember correctly there was 1 or 2 months missed, but it was planned and communicated beforehand).
Not a big fan of ntr myself, but the story and the models/renders are great.
