The bastion of older western adult games was Adult Interactive Fiction. Some of the old text based adult AIF games were incredible. Goblinboy was one of the first to start adding 3D art in with his games as well. His game Meteor, IMHO, is the best adult GAME ever created. The level of branching, exploration, options, puzzles (yes real puzzles) and endings is astounding in that game. He was decades ahead game design wise of most current games. BBBen followed his format a lot.

Desert Stalking is awesome. Proud Father has to be mentioned. Corruption is solid. Radiant is good as well.

well while not actually D/D i like the mom sharing daughter with stepdad in corrupted love, waiting for the mom daughter son sharing in little green hill but don't know where to get it any more. Like both desert stalker and hot sands of antartica, did a unren/honeyview of both unica and happy summer great art in both and easily guessed plot. loved paternal love, alive again, midlife crisis, light of my life, my best deal, straighten times, true husband, radiant... hate what happenend to family fairing and several others who changed plots/graphics.

This area does end up being under represented. Also give a +1 to Neko's Paradise by Alorth. I was sad that Proud Father never got anything, maybe it was in the plans. There was reference in an earlier version of Neet, The Angel & the Ecchi family but it got patched out by the dev.

My Dorm - there will eventually be around 30 LIs from 18 to GILF (most 18-22) and you can probably get all but maybe two of them pregnant. Incest is canon but optional, and includes mom, sis, aunt, two cousins, and probably great aunt and grandmother (last one definitely can't get pregnant due to hysterectomy, the great aunt, not sure), and two mother/daughter duos not related to you (so far as we currently know).

Mostly virgins, since that's usually part of the pregnancy/incest kink, and wide variety of LIs (size, shape, nationality/race), etc. Mega-bush (aka, The Yeti) to smooth as a baby, and a hefty girl you can choose to get more fit or stay a bit more roly-poly. Updates about every two months and usually has a good hour to 90 minutes of new content (assuming you read) and at least two or three lewd scenes. Gotten to the point that there are multi-girl scenes as well, and the latest/next(?) release (I think I'm one behind) will likely start off with a mother, brother, sister scene.
