Overview:
You come home to find your fiancée in bed with another man. This event sparks a downward spiral which eventually leads to you losing your job and the life you've created. Fortunately, the generosity of your beautiful cousin (Sophie) provides you refuge in another city. One night, while sleeping on her couch, inspiration arrives from the least likely of places. Tutorial improved and no longer skippable
A code change in the beta caused map tracking to go out of sync with character events, most noticeable for Sophie and Amy. This should now be resolved
Dani traceback error in memories
Scrolling back no longer stops music playback
Dialogue text adjusted for better visibility
Advancing time immediately after loading a save file no longer causes the game to go back to the main menu
Dani's office is now correctly empty when she's in the sauna, studio or lockers
Dani's office fuck option now works correctly
Sophie's sleep events no longer forwarded the game to Sunday under certain conditions

Remake v1.1
Content:
1. All of the main girls now have at least one new ending that's accessible as a epilogue upon completion of their story.
2. New story events for Alex, Daisy, Mayan, and Maria.
3. Added Jenna's house as a separate location. College Dorms have been expanded to be more interesting than just a closed door when Alex & Daisy are unavailable.
4. Featuring 18 original songs

UI:
1. Completely revamped UI
2. Character Index: This screen now serves as an in-game hints and replay gallery.
3. Beautiful new map that also serves as a live character tracker
4. Music player

Sandbox Mechanics:

1. A new time system that shrinks time slots from 24 to 8.
2. Dynamic random events that change in frequency from innocent to naughty as the story progresses as well as not fixed to a schedule.
3. Character locations are tracked live on the map, reducing guesswork and 'empty clicking'.

Old save files will not work. This is essentially a new game with an entirely new code base. Although it's gone through closed testing, the alpha testing team is very small and the scale of the code rewrite may contain bugs we have missed.

This is the first update since stepping away from a monthly schedule. Wow, feels like it's been forever! Taking the extra time has been really helpful.
- Render iterations were increased from 1000 to 3000. Takes 3x longer to render but the quality boost is worth it in my opinion.
- Learned enough Marvelous Designer to simulate clothes to actually fit the characters. Thanks OZ for teaching me!
- Learned to finally and consistently do eye-reflections with Octane. Thank you PhillyGames for helping me learn.
I will release an Android version sometime next week. Need to figure out how to re-scale the UI and reformat all the renders since some Android devices are having issues with this game. Next week I will also upload two monthly 4K renders for the past 2 months.

How does the game play out?
There is absolutely no grinding in this game. You will not have to worry about money, or character stats. There's no reason for an adult game to become a life simulator which forces the player to brush their teeth and balance their in-game financials.
Are there any animations?
Yes! Version 0.1 includes 3 animations. Future updates will provide more animations along with the standard content.

Other than bug fixes, it's unlikely there will be more updates.

"I guess now is a good time as any to let you know why I've seemingly out of nowhere decided to delay In a Scent and do this PT refresh and Steam release. Earlier this year the wife and I found out that we're having our first child in December. Selling PT on Steam will ensure we can afford to have her take a much needed extended maternity leave. However, I was not proud of the current state of Personal Trainer and felt like it would be an immoral cash grab to throw it onto Steam as is. So I had decided to spend these past few months turning PT into something I can have some pride in. For those eagerly waiting on the next update of In a Scent, I hope you can understand the delay."
