I used to be irate on this discussion. I'm more civil now . I personally don't like it on my pizza. Both are great separately for me. I won't absolutely hate you for it if you like it on your pizza.

In tropical countries, we usually have excess fruits that we don't want to waste so we invent clever ways to use them. We put pineapples in soup, meat and chicken. Not just in pizza!

This is the first time I've heard of pineapple on pizza, I'm curious and disgusted at the same time.

It's both a sweet and savory flavor. It's delicious, if you have never tried give it a whirl.

I've tried it myself and I can say that it's actually quite good. There are plenty of examples in food recipes where you have contrast between sweet and salty so why is this topic bringing so many controversy? I personally find more unacceptable when people put a sauce (of any kind) on a good steak. Anyway, there are pretty much 8 billion people on this planet, all of them have different opinions and different tastes so... enjoy your pineapple on pizza if you do, carry on with your life if you don't.

ill drink a litre of pineapple juice, ill even order a fruit salad from Boost Juice which basically just has watermelon/pineapple and oranges. But i will NOT touch pineapple on pizza, makes me queezy just thinking about it
