discussion Abandoned Games

[Mardor]

A new family. It was sad when the game was abandoned.

Proud Father.

Gates motel and The Red Room both great games

[uncbuck]

Project Sage -- I check every few months in the hopes that it resurfaces

[Doxxi]

reluctant archon
off the record
connected
all of L8erals games ( should note his abandoned stuff as far as i know is due to work on shag the hag 2 but, its all been down for 2+ years so i doubt he will revive them.)
a great mix of stuff that will all probably never see any actual completion sadly

one that i loved the look of but did not get a lot made for it before it was dropped was Dizzy city life.

I really liked a game called "Daddy's Hard Time", I think the dev lost the assets and then moved on to something else.

Fall Fable

Midlife Crisis, hearing that it's abandoned really hit me hard!
It was such a nice storyline, and then the spinoff!

What are some abandoned games that should have a place to live on here?

Apartment69 from Luxee is my vote... (But Holy Shit! guess what, it's not, the progress tracker updated today!!!)

Apartment69 is so good. for me it's The red room

[Doinkie]

True bonds and Gates Motel for me.

Gates Motel definitely for me

Anybody know what's happening with the Proud Father Dev? Last I heard he was arrested. It's a pity, I hate it when I can't finish a game for whatever reason. Abandoned or Dev Arrested or whatever other reasons there may be. Does it bother anyone else to not be able to complete a game that you are enjoying?

[microwavesafe7]

I have to say Ecchi Sensei. Apartment69 would have been on the list too, glad to see it's progressing again

I wish X Story Player could make some progress on the next version, some of the better physics and interaction I had seen back then. Add in some character customizing and player created stories it could be awesome

[uncbuck]

So many -- It's kinda like walking past a cemetery:

. Chains of Pleasure
. Gates Motel
. Dirty Pool
. How far will you go
. How it all began
. Jessie: Mothers Sins
. Lily of the Valley
. Project Sage
. The Tyrant
. Watching my Wife

And so many more little tombstones

I hope Oopsy Daisy makes a comeback

While not technically abandoned, Waifu Academy, harem hotel and dark magic update so infrequently and slowly they might as well be,so these

[DisguisedLizard]

The red room I miss it dearly
