Desire control I couldn't say it betterNot mind control...what you want is will control, or want control, or volition control, or desire control. Mind control is just rape. What I would want is to make any girl/woman want me of her "own," "free" will and to inspire complete monogamy, submission and loyalty on her part (though I would allow my girls to play with each other, but never desire another man). This is just about the only way you could create a harem, especially a happy one, in "real" life. And if you get bored of her, simply end it with her and have her leave amicably and with no drama. Mothers would give you their daughters and both would be happy with the arrangement! Any men in the way would happily adapt to the situation in any way you want them to, from simply leaving to being willing cucks who financially support you and the harem so you can spend all your time fucking your girls! It would have to be a power that wouldn't get me caught and imprisoned/killed/experimented on. Let's run through a few of the obvious ones:
Timestopping - Would be problematic being used in most places, given if you're being recorded or observed in anyway, may tip people off to you having this power. So you'd probably need to assign a designated safe spot to start/stop time and return to it once you were done with timestopping.
Mind Control - Probably would be fine as long as you didn't go crazy with it, more subtle manipulation shouldn't raise too many flags.
Mind Reading - Again, if you are careful and subtle with it, you'd mostly be okay but this one is tricky because you could easily slip up at a critical moment and reveal your ability.
Invisibility - You'd be caught very quickly. If you added an incorporeal element to the power that can dynamically switch on and off when needed, then this would be more viable.
Clairvoyance - If you used it strategically and sparingly, then you could get away with using this.

In my version, I take over everyone within a 2 block (approx 2000 ft) radius and some of the controlees would keep out out control anyone trying to come in. Part of the fun would be raping a few girls while their class (and maybe their parents???) watch and/or participate.
