I'd say none... RPGM games mostly suck.
Most games that use that engine are cheap cash grabs.

I usually filter-out RPGM games due to bad experiences of being too grindy. Are there any RPGM games out there that I should try, with minimal grind?

On topic, my top 5:

(1) Daily Lives of My Countryside: The best objectively, regarding art and characterization. The protagonist is a shota though. And it's dabbling into trap/gay themes, which I'm not a fan of at all, but it's all optional.
(2) Bones Tales: Amazing. It has a home setting which I really liked. I like everything about it, except the focus on bestiality, which is optional.
(3) A Peasant's Quest: Great, specially if you are into some weird fetishes. It has incest of all kinds, lolis, demon girls, bestiality, lots of pregnancies. I love it.
(4) Summer Memories Plus: Japanese game. The best regarding gameplay.
(5) Treasure of Nadia: Great art and sex scenes. Really grindy though.

And just from the top few games like Treasure of Nadia and its siblings, that nope. I agree, these type of games tend to be very grindy. Wish they would just make it easier, less repetitive etc.

Love when people complain about rpgs being grindy it just like complaining that vns have no game play and is just people talking

There is a path where she's pregnant, though I haven't played that one. There's certainly a path where Sandra (as you say, the boss's niece) is pregnant.

The Ashley (ginger sister) endings include one where she's pregnant.

Horton Bay Stories (https://lewdcorner.com/threads/horton-bay-stories-–-jake-version-0-4-1-6-lumphorn-games.2349/) is a mostly teen harem game without incest. It is a sandbox though.

I'll definitely try that out sometime!

Vae Victis. There are walkthroughs and hints, but you can choose to ignore them and work them out for yourself. Peasant's Quest includes some as well.

Toro 7 had one or two.

I haven't played Deviant Anomalies so I don't know if they're the same type of puzzle.
