This is a super hot game with a bit of a weird story. However, a game like this is more about the journey than the destinations. You have lots of hot sex with lots of women and (as the name suggests) try lots of fetishes. From Pee, Incest, Anal, Blackmail, and much more. I think it was still pretty early on, sometime in Week 1 or 2. It was basically just tweaked to remove/alleviate blackmail/non-consent type of stuff. Like, failing a challenge from the Fetish Locator app doesn't get you a punishment, it just gives you another challenge. People just use the app for fun and can leave if they want, without getting blackmailed to stay. AmRose isn't your slave, she's your "completely willing and consensual sex slave". Things like that. It's all still in the game, you just need to turn the variable on/have the patch.
