Really enjoyed this one.
I was a little distracted by their faces at firtst, but then I realised.. they have other, more interesting parts..
Not to mention, a great sense of humor.

Definitely one of my favorite games, too bad the creator does take awhile for new updates. But the updates are always good when they come so it's bittersweet.

It's hard to assess exactly how far along it is, but it's definitely more than 33%.

If you look at the top there's a few extra tasks, new wardrobes/locations/assets. Also config to split the release. This chapter will be a separate download, but stored info will be carried over.

Previously all these "housekeeping" tasks were baked into the general progress reporting.

So far there's over 1300 hours of work on it.

even if it were 40% we'd still be looking at 10+ months... i don't think the extra tasks that didn't exist on the tracker before this chapter affect the overall progress much

Hard to tell. Ch 7 was a monster with over 4000 hours of work put into it. I doubt Ch 8 will be as large.

I can see that the art style might be an acquired taste, but the quality of the writing should be enough to take anyone past that. It's noticeable that there are nowhere near as many complaints about the gap bwteen updates, because anyoen who's played knows that however long it takes it'll be worth the wait.

Unlike any other game out there. Dev a little prissy about walkthroughs, but can be played without one. Fun, heart-warming, and with some decent animations. Long time since an update though.

Man, the fact that the models are different than your usual VN models doesn't make them ugly.
I think they are great, they give this game a unique style.
